Use Your ANNKE Camera Without a Subscription

ANNKE gear is OEM'd from Hikvision (and some Dahua), so it speaks standard RTSP and ONVIF and records locally to an NVR/DVR. There's no mandatory cloud — any ANNKE Vision remote plan is optional. Cancel it and keep full local access.

Does ANNKE lock your camera when you cancel?

No. ANNKE Vision cloud (optional) handles remote viewing and off-site storage — not your local stream. Cancel it and the camera keeps working on your own network over RTSP/ONVIF.

ANNKE RTSP and ONVIF stream URLs

Main stream:

ONVIF: ONVIF on port 80; enable it in the web UI (Integration Protocol on Hik-based models) and add an ONVIF user.

ANNKE gotchas worth knowing

  • Most ANNKE is Hikvision-based (/Streaming/Channels/101). A few Dahua-based models use /cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0 instead — the web UI style tells you which.
  • As with Hikvision, RTSP-over-554 may be off by default — enable it.
  • On an NVR the channel index changes the path (…/Channels/<ch>01).

How to cancel ANNKE Vision cloud (optional) and keep the camera

  1. Drop any ANNKE Vision remote plan — the NVR/DVR keeps recording locally.
  2. Log in to the device web UI and enable ONVIF/RTSP.
  3. Point RSC at the RTSP/ONVIF URL.
